GDMS has an immediate opening for a Software Integrator. This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation’s core defense/intelligence services and systems. GDMS employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
The Software Integration Engineer will work with various development groups to integrate software components. The successful candidate will have prior experience with software integration, software engineering and complex systems architectures. The engineer will install and configure Linux and Windows HW platforms from the OS up to developed applications. THe engineer will document, verify and configure steps in documentation to be delivered to the customer. The Software Intagrator will develop installation scripts to automate the system installation and will develop test plans/procedures for software integration tests. The engineer will be responsible for integration/execution, detailed data analysis and preparation of software test reports. The engineer will coordinate execution of SW integration tests to verify system operation, while working with software developers as needed to diagnose and identify the root cause of problems found during software integration process. The engineer will submit problem reports for errors found and will implement Infomration Assurance directives on the systems to include running IA scans. The engineer will coordiante daily integration activities with other local team members.

Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is REQUIRED at time of hire.
